Laughter Yoga

Laughter is the ultimate antidote to stress. And the body does not know the difference between spontaneous and intentional laughter. The benefits are the same. They include:

Laughter Yoga uses specifically taught laughter exercises and spontaneous inventions by willing participants alternating with deep breathing exercises to create a fun and healthy weekly workout. The half hour session is free of charge. Donations are welcome but not necessary. The social bonding generally continues for a while after the laughter session.
